I could not have dreamed of a better Realtor. Miss Melinda has been so great to me throughout this process and I intend on using her services again in the future. She was always a text or a call away, responding quickly to the few inquiries that I had. Few inquiries because I never had to ask for any clarity, she communicated every step of the way. I cannot let this opportunity pass by. Melinda was my first Realtor when I moved here years ago. She was referred to me by my sister-in-law… A 30 year multi-million-dollar producer in St. Louis, MO. Melinda already had a great reputation back then. She not only found 8 properties to show me while pressed for time on a Saturday (the only day I was in town) but had a great viewing plan set up. Then, when I did move in, I knew no one who could be there for utilities and cable hookup. Melinda took an entire day to wait at my house to accomplish this while I worked with a client out in Odessa, TX. I don’t know any person… Much less a realtor who would do that for a total stranger. Not only is she a competent and accomplished realtor.. She is a genuinely nice woman… Professional and trustworthy. I will absolutely call her for my next real estate transaction and continue to recommend her services to anyone looking for property.
