Westgate is a friendly, accessible neighborhood that strikes a great balance among affordability, amenities, and pure Austin charm. Is a small, diverse neighborhood with lots of shopping, but also parks, woods, and well-maintained homes. The neighborhood borders MoPac and Hwy. 71, which makes it convenient to get to other parts of the city, but also contributes to a traffic problem in the area.
