The requirements for approval are: * A 575 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies or repossessions in the last 10 years. * Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. * Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. * Employment verification for the last year of employment.
