The model is simple. You pay a flat $99 a month and a low flat fee per closing instead of surrendering a percentage of every deal. You get full HAR MLS access the moment you are onboarded, so you can list and sell across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Galveston counties, from the Heights and Montrose out to Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Katy, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Conroe, and League City. Back office, lead programs, and broker support come with it. The commission does not get split.

What does it actually cost to hang my license with Texas Ally in Houston?
$99 a month for the Platinum membership, plus a flat $200 when a sale closes and $50 per lease. That is the whole fee structure. There is no percentage split, no annual cap to chase, and no desk fee. On a $12,000 commission you keep $11,800.
Do I get HAR MLS access, and who pays the HAR dues?
Yes. Once you are onboarded, Texas Ally sponsors your HAR membership and you get full MLS access across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Galveston counties. HAR dues and the MLS subscription are billed to you directly by HAR, the same as at any Houston brokerage. Our HAR membership guide walks through the current costs and how to join or transfer.
I am moving my license from another Houston broker. How does the transfer work?
You request the sponsorship change through the TREC REALM Portal and we accept it on our end. Once both sides have accepted, you are active under Texas Ally. If you have listings or pending contracts with your current broker, call Juston before you submit the request so those get handled cleanly. TREC's own walkthrough is here.
Can I sell outside the Houston area on this plan?
Yes. Your sponsorship is statewide. Agents on the Houston plan close deals in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, the coast, and everywhere in between, with the same flat fees. You only need to join the local board for any additional MLS you want to list in.
