During my 17 years as a restaurant owner/manager, I began investing in real estate in Horizon City, Texas. Seeing the need for commercial lease space, I developed and built 2 small retail strip centers. After selling my restaurant business, I decided to pursue real estate as a second career as a realtor. As a resident of Horizon City since 1993, I have kept up with the many changes in the local real estate market. Using the knowledge and skills acquired as a business owner, I have mainly dealt with commercial real estate sales and leasing over the past 8 years. While my interest is mainly business-oriented, I have listed and sold homes and advised friends regarding home purchases.
