I have personally invested in the Austin real estate for more than 20 years, and have helped many other investors buy, sell and operate residential real estate. I graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in mechanical engineering before moving to Austin in 2000 to work in the high tech industry. After living through the dot-com tech bubble in 2000 and global financial crisis of 2009, I decided to diversify my investments away from the stock market and bought my first duplex out of foreclosure in 2010. I learned that the analytical and financial analysis skills I developed through my career in product management and corporate M&A also applied to real estate investment, and I loved the idea of actually seeing and physically touching my investments.

I developed and implemented acquisition and operational models to eventually build a portfolio of multifamily residential investment properties that provided enough cash flow to retire from my high tech career. I now focus full time helping other new and experienced investors build and manage their real estate investment portfolios to find financial freedom. I help first-time homebuyers creatively house-hack with very little money down and sophisticated portfolio investors know when to buy and sell to maximize financial returns.
