Texas Real Estate Classes

QE, SAE, and MCE

Whether you are just getting your license, or have been in the business for decades, education is an absolute must in our industry. Not only because it is a requirement by TREC, but also to keep you informed and competitive.

In the state of Texas, the governing body over all things real estate is the Texas Real Estate Commission. They require real estate professionals to complete classes to obtain a salesperson license, AND to maintain it. If you don’t know yet, you must be licensed by TREC in order to practice real estate in Texas.
