I can’t say enough how thankful we are to have worked with Chris Taylor.
We’d met several different agents when we started looking to sell our home.
Almost all the other agents set our expectations really low on what we could get for our house. Chris came in and started the price off much higher than the other agents said they would. Days after listing we accepted an offer that was considerably more than our asking price. As sellers, we needed someone with connections to help us with some maintenance issues and prepping our house for sale. Chris delivered on everything that we needed. – David Decherd

My husband and I are being relocated to Austin and decided to buy a house ahead of our move. Chris Taylor was our realtor and he was awesome! For months ahead of our visit he kept me informed of all the new listings that might have worked for us and then during our short whirlwind “house hunting” trip he helped us to buy a house in record time! I wouldn’t hesitate in using Chris again if we buy more properties in the Austin area.

Chris was very helpful and he really helped me and my wife big time, as it was our first time trying to buy a house. There were so many things we didn’t know and he really opened our eyes. Also, I work overseas as a contractor so my wife had to do the majority of the house stuff on her own, and he really helped us with the communication with the builders and the lenders. He was with us for the long haul which took almost 2 years. We attempted to buy a house in Leander, but that fell through and then we decided on a house in Hutto which took 9 months to get built. Being a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect or even what I really was looking for. I just wanted to let you know that from the first minute I started working with Chris Taylor he has done everything in his power to make the buying process very smooth. He always told me to call him whenever I had any questions or concerns. Oh and I did! He always was there to calm me down and reassure me that he had my back and all would be ok. He never pressured me into anything and that was one of my major concerns with working with a Realtor. Chris listened to my wants and needs to help me find the perfect home. I enjoyed working with Chris. He contacted me based on my inquiry into Austin Relocation. I wasn’t ready to move at the time and Chris kept in touch with me for several months, checking on my status, and setting up a personalized search email alert. When I was ready to purchase in Austin, I had to do it on a quick weekend trip. Chris made himself available to me that weekend and we were able to close a purchase on a house.
