Real Estate Agent

More Information

If you have any plans or thoughts on selling your house this year, give me the opportunity to earn your business, and list your home In 2021, I listed 64 houses, and sold 49 across the state of Texas. The average real estate agent does 12 transactions per year. I’ve dealt with the good, the bad, and I’ve even seen a few transactions get ugly. Other than knowledge and experience, my biggest take away from last year was for me to focus on what I’m good at. Listing Homes. On a day to day basis I work with home inspectors, construction foreman, transaction coordinators, GC’s, cleaners, landscapers, and some of the best real estate photographers in all of Texas. I treat every listing like it’s my own house, and I’m selling it! I’ll believe it, is my point. Take a look at my video portfolio or my listing descriptions for an example. I’m not just trying to get someone to buy your house, that’s the easy part, it’s Texas. I’m getting buyers to connect with your house and see what you saw in the house when you first knew you had to have it. If you are looking for a buyers agent, I would be happy to do an assessment with you, and refer you to a qualified buyers agent in my network. Being a buyers agent deserves 100% devotion & attention. Currently, with my book of business, I can’t give you 100% of my time, and I don’t want to lie to you and tell you that I can. Doing nearly 50 of these in a year, I have made some friends along the way and I’m happy to connect you with them. When you are building your business based on your name, it keeps you motivated to do great work. I’m looking forward to doing great work. Take Care & Stay Safe.

"Alex’s intuitive knowledge of how the real estate system works provides the seller with tools needed for great results. Alex came to me as a listing agent for my house. Alex: “Walk me through your house.” Me: “Okay.” (I pointed out all the interesting things about my house and Alex agreed. Alex pointed out the buyer’s points of interest in my house.) Alex: “You have a very interesting house. It has a lot of character. Your design ideas will attract many buyers. Let me show you the comps in your neighborhood (pulling out comps from previous year). The comps run around $220,000.” Me: “Yes, but my house has more character, and I am selling a lifestyle, and adding garden tools (lawn mower, etc) and a hot tub. I was thinking $250,000 to $260,000.” Alex: “With the neighborhood comps I was thinking we should list your house at $239,900.” Me: I’m thinking I want $257,000 but Alex’s research was solid. He didn’t tell me how to design or stage the house. There was something about his presentation that made me believe. Me: “Okay.” Alex: “Great. I will start the paperwork, and you finish the staging, and I will contact the photographer.” The photographer was PHENOMENAL. Alex held an open house on Saturday. Alex’s campaign started a bidding war that lead to a cash offer $17,900 over the list price. By Tuesday I received an offer for $257,000, my dream price. With my design and staging, and Alex’s understanding of the real estate market we produced MAGIC. Alex was always available, on point, personable, and knowledgeable. All great qualities YOU need in your real estate agent. But don’t take my word for it, Call Alex today."
